God’s Grace is Bigger Than Our Failures
On Daily Faith, we welcome back Pastor Keith Nix. He is the Lead Pastor of The Lift Church in Sevierville, TN. Pastor Keith would like to share a remarkable true story with you, and he has published a book about it called “Larry Nix: From the Torments of Hell to the Glories of Heaven.” It’s a true-life story based on God’s redemption and grace in a young boy’s life and how God’s mercy is available for all who believe. Pastor Keith’s late father, Larry Nix, grew up in the 1950s in a poor family. He never knew his biological father, and his stepfather was a drunk. Larry Nix was abused and neglected at a young age, leaving him physically and emotionally starving for attention. His heart was full of anger and hatred from the events during his childhood, and he wanted revenge. Pastor Keith explains how the Lord brought this young boy through the deepest valleys of hell to the highest mountain top of God’s love. God transformed his heart from a heart of stone to a heart of flesh. If you find yourself going through a rough season and you seem to be stuck in the valleys of life today, we want you to know that there is a God who is real, and He loves you with a violent, jealous love! No matter what you have done, God’s grace is bigger than your failures, and it’s a free gift He is offering you. God will never leave you nor forsake you. God is a friend that sticks closer to you than a brother, and He knows your name. Call on His name today. Moldova has the highest death rates leading to alcohol consumption, forcing many young children out of their homes to grow up in an orphanage. In the orphanages, the kids are told that no one will ever love them, and they will never amount to anything in life. We help save these abandoned and hopeless children from a life of tragedy and the risks of human trafficking by bringing them into our homes and providing for their needs. The Orphans Hands ministry is the heart of our outreach, and we have a village of homes in Moldova called Vatra Village and a house in Ukraine. God has radically transformed their lives from pain and loss to hope and joy. They are growing their relationships through the Father’s love and daily experience of His mercy and grace. We are about to welcome 15 more children into our newest home, Betzer House. These kids have never known the love of a family. We want to thank you for your generosity and prayers by showing you a video of how you have helped to write another redemption story. Thank you.
