Biblical Values Vs. Social Control
On Daily Faith, we have Pastor Brad Sullivan with us to sound the alarm on the current state of America. The signs of the times are around us. Wars have broken out, politics are uneasy, and our great nation is becoming more divided. We have become distracted by the latest and greatest that we have forgotten basic Biblical truths. This is not the time to turn side to the ways of the world, yet by ignorance, we are being lulled to sleep by the enemy’s enticements. If we are not careful to watch and pray, the American dream will fade away as socialism begins to tighten its grip. The body of Christ is called to be separated and different from the world. We’re a light in the darkness and a city on the hill for all to see. We must remove the blinders from our eyes and sound the alarm for repentance, turning our focus back to Jesus as hearers and doers of the word. If the church, the body of Christ, wants to see a great revival and turn of events in our history for the Kingdom of God, it’s time to wake up! Pastor Brad Sullivan is the Lead Pastor of Surge Church in Moblie, AL.

The war in Ukraine is worsening, and winter threats are slowly creeping in. The lack of support and care can lead to total devastation for many people. Our lease is up on our home in Odessa, Ukraine, and we’re in desperate need of a miracle to purchase the house to help rescue those suffering from the effects of war. For those who don’t know, The Orphans Hands ministry has helped to rescue orphaned and abandoned children from the risks of human trafficking for many years. These families have suffered extreme poverty and abuse and are forced to send their children to an orphanage. These kids are kicked to the streets at sixteen, helpless and afraid, and vulnerable to false hope from human traffickers. We have a village of homes in Moldova called Vatra Village, and our house is in Odessa, Ukraine. We care and provide for their needs teaching them about the ways of Jesus. They’ve endured socialism, poverty, and extreme fear, yet their faith in Jesus is renewed daily. They are now sons and daughters, missionaries for God’s Kingdom. Although Putin has taken away almost all of their supplies to live, our kids are giving back, meeting the needs of the Ukrainian refugees. Our kids send their love and prayers back to all in America and around the world for your love and support during this crisis!
