Preventing Lukewarm Faith

We're pleased to welcome Pastor Tyson Coughlin of Vizion Church in Charlotte, NC, to Daily Faith. With a God-given vision to occupy the land and increase the Kingdom of God on Earth, Pastor Tyson leads a thriving church that has grown by leaps and bounds over the past few years. Vizion Church now holds six Sunday services and continues to draw in lost and weary souls who find salvation and renewal in Jesus. The church is currently raising funds to purchase a new building by May 2023, a testament to their expanding impact on the community. During his visit today, Pastor Tyson shares insights from Revelation chapter 3, The Lukewarm Church. The Lord desires us to live in harmony with Him and one another, but many of us only pay lip service to Jesus without reflecting His love in our lives. As Revelation 3:16 warns, "Because you are lukewarm, and neither hot nor cold, I will spit you out of My mouth." There is no gray area in the Kingdom of God – we are either God’s children or enemies, hot or cold, friends or foes. We should choose to stand with God and boldly step into His will, especially in these times when every moment counts. To learn more about how you can support Vizion Church and gain a clear vision for your future, please visit www.vizionchurch.com. Are you feeling hot or cold in your faith? Perhaps you've become lukewarm. Sadly, there are countless helpless children in the world who are stuck in the cold with no way out. The orphanages they call home are often gray and dismal, and they're constantly told that they'll never be loved and will always be alone. This despair can numb their hearts, leading them to do anything to feel warmth again. That's where The Orphans Hands comes in. We've helped rescue countless lives from the risks of abuse and human trafficking in Moldova and Ukraine, providing a village of homes in Moldova and a house in Odessa, Ukraine where we care for their needs and show them the love of Jesus. Our kids learn that they don't have to remain in the pits of abandonment and despair; they've received salvation through Jesus as their Savior, and His love warms their hearts. They're no longer cold, but on fire for the Lord and desire to minister to those whose needs they once knew. Our kids have become God's hands extended to the lost and hurting generation. They lead teams that serve in various outreach missions across the country and even into other countries. Recently, our team has provided aid to the Turkish people with tents, food, and clothing in the aftermath of the horrific earthquakes, all while continuing to serve Ukrainian refugees. Our kids understand that time is of the essence, and they're living sold out and on fire for Jesus, doing all they can to make a difference.
