About Dr. Charles Weir

Charlie holds degrees from Lee University and the Pentecostal Theological Seminary, and a Doctor of Ministry degree from Drew University under Leonard Sweet in Madison, NJ. In 2006, his wife, Gina, and daughter Annie, along with 3 other families, moved from Atlanta, GA, to launch Gateway Franklin Church in Franklin, TN, with the mission of developing the most spiritually influential people on the planet. 18 years of prior pastoral ministry experience was evenly split between Student Ministry and Global Missions.

His second favorite “congregation” is the corporate team of Ramsey Solutions, where he has been a regular devotional speaker for 17 years. He and his wife, Gina, have been married for 35 years. They have one daughter, one son-in-law, two grandsons, and two granddogs. His hobbies are golf and the University of Georgia football.
