How to Leverage the Word of God for Your Good
On Daily Faith, Bishop Jerry Grillo, the Lead Pastor of Church One80 in Hickory, NC, delves into the significance of the Religion and the Kingdom of God. The Rhema word he brings emphasizes how to leverage the Word of God for your good. Jesus is the Word, and when we can learn how to harness it using it in our circumstances, God works it for our good. But first, we must understand and learn how to leverage the Word. Sometimes God challenges you to do something bigger than yourself to leverage His word in your circumstance.
It’s common to experience weariness and exhaustion during trials, overwhelmed by the chaos around us. Still, Paul warns in Galatians 6:9, “And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.” What proceeds a “due season” is weariness – not physically, but spiritually. A word God gives often brings spiritual warfare because the enemy doesn’t want you to grasp what God is saying. Yet, by persisting in our spiritual struggle and effectively leveraging the Word of God, we remain steadfast. Remember, taking moments to pause during the learning process will eventually reap a bountiful harvest in due season.

For those who don’t know, we have a ministry outreach in Eastern Europe for over 35 years. We have saved countless lives from the torment of hell, poverty, and the real risks of human trafficking. Many families are caught in an endless cycle of poverty and abuse that causes them to send their loved ones to an orphanage to live. Once there, they are told that no one will ever love them or return for them. Hopeless and alone, these kids face terrible nightmares, waiting for the sun to rise again.
We have a village of homes in Moldova called Vatra Village and a home in Odessa, Ukraine, where the Son shines brightly, allowing us to use to bless and care for the needs of these children. In turn, our kids are growing in the love of Jesus by studying the Word and applying the Kingdom principles in their everyday lives.
They leveraged the word of God to aid them to be used for the Kingdom of God. Our kids are now missionaries, helping the lost and unwanted by giving a glimmer of hope through our Constant Care Team. They know that in due season they will reap a plentiful harvest if they don’t give up.
It’s your prayers and generous giving that help make this possible, Thank you! Visit www.theorphanshands.org to reach beyond your grasp.
