Prophetic Word for 2023: Stand Firm

On Daily Faith, our prophetic Pastor, Buddy Meloy—Lead Pastor of New Life Christian Fellowship in Lake City, FL—is joining us today. Over the years of ministry, the Lord has brought great revelation and insight to Pastor Buddy, speaking of upcoming events and how to claim the promises of God in that season. He shares how, politically and personally, 2023 is a year of evening the score or taking score.

Over the past few years, we have experienced extreme hardships, weather, and injustice in both arenas. Yet, the Word of God clearly shows these are the signs of the times to come. God’s grace and mercy are for us, even in the midst of the most challenging times. Although we may feel like we are stumbling, as Christians, we have the assurance of the Helper, the Holy Spirit, to aid us when we are weak.

It’s not a time to back down to the world’s wickedness; it’s a time to stand firm and courageous in our faith, with maturity in who we are in God’s Kingdom. We can trust the Lord to be who He says He is, even in the most unprecedented times. We encourage you to call upon the Holy Spirit and claim the promises of God until He comes!

As the war intensifies in Russia and Ukraine, our kids are heading to the frontlines of the battle to provide help, relief, and supplies to many soldiers and communities who have chosen to remain and fight for their country. This ongoing conflict has brought about mass chaos in the country and around the world, but a glimmer of hope still persists among the people. 

For those unfamiliar, Orphans Hands has been rescuing numerous children who have been rejected by society. We assist in meeting their needs, offering them a place to call home with new families and friends alike. Vatra Village is the warm haven where our once-orphaned kids have discovered their identity in Christ Jesus and the opportunity to begin anew. Despite the global impact of the war, the love of Jesus continues to burn in their hearts as they organize summer camps for their communities, demonstrating that there can be joy amidst the turmoil. 

Our kids persist in reaching out to the lost and suffering through our Constant Care ministry, where they provide food, clothing, blankets, and Bibles to Ukrainian refugees and Turkish refugees in the aftermath of recent devastating earthquakes. Our kids stand boldly on God’s promises and declare His blessed assurance during these challenging times.
