I believe that the Holy Ghost is gonna use my guest today to speak power and light and deliverance into your heart. She's written a fascinating book that I can't wait for her to talk about. And more than that, Katie Souza is in the middle of the battle, and I love people that are in the middle of the battle. So I can't wait for you to meet her today.
Philip:Also, I went just this morning — I was praying before we came on the program — and as I was praying for America, I was watching the news early in the morning, and the devil is so in confusion and deception in our world like we've never seen before. And you need to keep your Holy Ghost antenna alerted, because every time they asked Jesus about the end times, he said, be not deceived. There's deception coming. And I believe that you're gonna see so much lies and so much falsehoods, just as a common part of life, going to be like a tidal wave in the next few months.
Philip:So I just wanna pray for you that God's gonna protect your mind from the lies of the devil that will come in to cause you to be double-minded. If he can split your mind and make you double-minded — the worst thing you'll ever see is a baseball game when the runner is too far out from the base to get to where he wants to go, but he's too far out to get back to safety. And that's a lot of times where the devil finds us in our lives. And I just wanna plead the blood of Jesus over your mind and your spirit, that you'll not fall for the deception of this world and the powers of darkness that are working against you. And I just plead the blood of Jesus over you today. No weapon formed against you is going to prosper. You are safely in his hands.
Philip:You are not holding onto him. He is holding onto you. And when you understand that God's leaning towards you today — he's not your enemy. He's your friend. He's your father.
Philip:I'm a dad of four kids, and then hundreds of other kids that we've adopted through our mission outreach. They call me dad. And I'm a grandfather, and all I can think of is how to benefit and bless and care and protect. And that's how your heavenly Father is towards you today. So don't allow fear to rob you of your future. Don't allow fear to make you be caught between first and second base or second and third base. You need to know that God's on your side and victory is gonna come.

Philip:Hello, my friend. My name is Philip Cameron, and I'm so glad to have you join with us today for Daily Faith. We've got a great guest. Katie Souza is with us. And this is a woman that's in the fight in every avenue of life. She has a prison ministry — someone that we know personally was impacted by her prison ministry while in prison. So I can testify to what she's doing to the folks that are locked up in prison, bringing hope and life to them. She has written a new book that I think is amazing, and I want you to hear about her today and just hear about this ministry. I believe that God's put her in your path today to bless you, to strengthen you, to encourage you.
Philip:The devil is a liar. He is not in control. God is in control. And we have the power and authority to resist the devil, the Bible says. And he's gonna do what — stroll away from us on a casual walk? That's not the power we have. When you resist the devil, the Bible says he will flee from you. And today we're gonna be praying over your family, your circumstance, that the devil that's been hell-bent on destroying your home and hell-bent on destroying your health and your mind and your church and your business — we are going to resist the devil today, and he is going to flee from us in the name of Jesus.
Philip:We have a mission work in Moldova and Ukraine. We've had a home in Ukraine for over six years. Long before the war broke out there, we had a house there and we rescue kids that are about to be trafficked. Do you know that a young girl in Moldova, caught by a trafficker, will generate $300,000 a year for the trafficker? So three girls, a million dollars a year. And I've got two girls of my own, two daughters, and we fell into this thing by accident 20-odd years ago. And we have a place called Vatra Village in Moldova.
Philip:And it's the most gorgeous place, right on the largest lake in the whole country. The village was built for rich people to go there and have summer vacations. They poisoned the lake with clothing dye to kill algae, and the whole project fell down and sat unfinished for nine years. And we bought the village. And today it is a haven of hope for young kids that have nowhere to go, who spend every day of their life being told you're nothing, you're garbage, you're trash, no one wants you. And they come to us and we say, if you were born, God has a plan. And we are watching these orphans turn from orphans to sons and daughters, and then from sons and daughters into missionaries.
Philip:And when the Ukraine war broke out — and you're hearing it's on the news again this morning, that Ukraine has invaded part of Russia — I mean, this is gonna be big stuff coming up, I promise you. Our kids were up on the border giving out food and praying for moms who had left their husbands behind to fight, with four or five babies standing in no man's land with nowhere to go. And orphan kids were used by God to tell them that he loved them with a love that will never let them go.
Philip:So one of our girls, Emma, her brother just competed in the Olympic Games, and Emma came to us and she is an absolute trophy of grace. She was deaf until she was five years of age. And coming to Orphan's Hands has completely changed her life. She just sent this testimony to us. Watch this.
My name is Isla. And I was born in a family with many children. My father was drinking a lot, and this made him aggressive. I remember sitting in our room with my siblings and we couldn't go to the kitchen because my father was there, and we would go to sleep hungry. I remember one evening I was at home alone with my younger brother and we were getting ready for bed when my mother came. She told us to quickly leave.
I didn't understand why. I was in my pajamas. I remember asking her why. She didn't know how to answer. We went to church and slept there because my father was drunk and wanted to beat us. My mother wanted to protect us, so we slept on the chairs. And the next night at some friend's house, I remember my father was pushing us sometimes and was saying bad things to my mother. I couldn't do anything to help.
And in order for my mom to avoid that, she would take us and lock ourselves in one room and stay there with us if he was drinking. One night that meant a week for us to go into hiding. I became very shy. I was scared to talk to others. I never had a hug from my father. I have no idea what that is like. I saw that in others and I always wanted that, but I never had the chance to have that. He only called me once, and then he told me that he had mistakenly called me.
I watched others becoming successful, and I saw that they can. So I asked myself, why can't I do that? Maybe I'm not as privileged as they are, but this does not discourage me to work hard and get somewhere far in life. I would like to thank those who are helping me to fulfill my dream and continue my studies — economic studies. And I would like to encourage others to work hard and not be overwhelmed by your past.

The first thing we do when an orphan comes to us, or a girl from a poor background, we get them to give away stuff, because that breaks the poverty and the orphan spirit in them. And so everything you've seen is being done by someone just like you. Giving a dollar a day, you can change a whole life for a dollar a day. That girl will never be the same because someone gave a dollar a day. And that's the miracle of our ministry — folk just like you saying, I'll be a part.

I know I've got the Katie bit down right, but when you're Scottish, we have a habit of butchering every name we ever hear. So just forgive us if it's wrong. But Katie's with us today. She has a ministry — she has multiple ministries. She travels and speaks. She's a conference speaker. She speaks in churches, and signs and wonders follow her ministry. Miracles take place. And we'll be talking about that. Also, she has got a ministry called Expected End Ministries that cares for prisoners, and about 3,000 prisons across the world that she is part of. And I just can't wait to hear about that as well, because she's helping trafficked girls here and we are helping trafficked girls in Moldova. So we're just so excited to have her. Philip:Oh, thank you. Those lives — I almost cried watching that video. I'm so pleased you've taken on this assignment. It's amazing.
Philip:Well, it's one of those assignments that found me. I had no interest in orphans. My father called me one day from Scotland and said that our babies are dying. He was watching the BBC — it was during the revolution that took place in Romania. And he pointed out that these kids were starving to death in orphanages. And he said, we gotta go. And I said, I'm not going. That's not my — I'm not interested. And eventually we went, and I adopted one of the children from the orphanage that he'd seen on television. And that kind of hooked our hearts towards this. And that's what we've been doing for the last 35 years. So we absolutely love what we do.
Katie Souza's Book and Revelation Origin
Philip:I'm interested — you've just written a book. It's coming out, I believe, in September. And it's called The Serpent and the Soul. And I want you to give us a synopsis as to what brought you to talk about this and write about this, because I believe this is a greatly needed subject to be addressed in the church.
Katie Souza:Yeah. It started when I took on an assignment to pray for a friend's husband — a friend of mine whose husband had Parkinson's. And during the course of trying to break through this, the Lord began to show me things I had never seen before. Now this was happening like 10 years ago. So I've been carrying this revelation for over a decade. And what I started seeing was that he had a demonic serpent wrapped around his basal ganglia and other parts of his body. And then after the Lord exposed that to me, he began to show me other people. They'd have serpents wrapped around their knees and around their hips and around their bodies, around their organs, that were causing breast cancer. And I began to say, God, you gotta show me what this is in scripture. I wanna see a line upon line, precept upon precept teaching, so that I can understand this not only for myself but to present it.
Demonic Serpents Attached to Bodies and Life
Katie Souza:So God started with the classic scripture. The Holy Spirit led me to Luke where it says that Jesus gave us authority to trample on serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy, so that nothing can in any way harm us. And then he showed me the great commission in Mark 16, where Jesus says we're gonna go into all the nations, baptize the nations, pray for the sick, raise the dead, drive out demons, and take up serpents. Everybody preaches on the great commission, but they kind of slide over that because it sounds too strange. It's like, what does that mean?
Katie Souza:Well, the word take up there is the Greek word airo, and it means to remove anything that's attached to anything. And the Lord said to me, there are demonic powers that manifest in the form of serpents. The very first demonic manifestation in the entire Bible is Satan as a serpent in the garden. And these serpents are attached to anything and everything — your body, your money, your marriage, your life, your business, your ministry, your church. And we have to drive them out. And we have to do what the great commission commands us — to take up these demonic serpents from the places that they've attached themselves to.
Katie Souza:And I began to say to God, Lord, I've been moving in deliverance for years and years and years. Why have I never seen these before? And he told me the serpents have camouflage technology. They're very hard to see. Genesis 3 says the serpent was the most crafty beast of the field. And even in the natural, snakes have camouflage technology — they're hard to see. Their scales will blend in with the sand or the rocks if you're in a desert, or maybe they have colorful scales that blend in with the fallen leaves from a tree, or maybe they have green scales that blend in with the foliage inside of a jungle. They're very hard to see. They're very stealthy and they blend in to their atmosphere.
Serpents' Camouflage Technology Explained
Katie Souza:And that's when he began to teach me about things like the fire of God. When Paul was in a shipwreck and he landed — the bulk absolutely crashed onto a reef and broke apart on the island of Malta — he swims ashore on a very cold night. So he gathers a bundle of sticks. Now he's unaware that while he's gathering these sticks, he's accidentally picked up a deadly viper. Now why doesn't he see it? Because snakes are masters of camouflage technology. That serpent looked just like one of the branches that was in the bundle. And he was carrying it around and he didn't know it until he threw it into the fire. And the heat of the fire drove that serpent out of its hiding place. It bit him, but he shook it off and he was left unharmed.
Katie Souza:You know, when I looked up the words in that scripture, Philip, it says that the word bundle there — he was carrying a bundle of sticks — means the multitude of men. See, the multitude of mankind — men, women, children, everybody on the planet — is carrying around, like Paul was, deadly vipers, demonic serpents. And they don't know it. And we've gotta get into the fire of God to drive them out to where we can see them and then trample them, take dominion over them by the authority of Christ.
Paul's Viper at Malta and Fire of God
Katie Souza:You see, we don't understand — the very first prophecy about Jesus was in Genesis where the Lord God is stating the judgment against the serpent for beguiling all of humankind. And he said, as part of that judgment, the seed of the woman — capital S, seed of the woman — will crush the head of the seed of the serpent. So that seed is Jesus Christ. And that crushing took place on the cross. We have to start taking communion and doing it in remembrance of the fact that Jesus crushed the head of the serpent on the cross. We've gotta start celebrating the victory — it says that Jesus made a public spectacle of the enemy through the cross.
Philip:What's amazing, Katie, is the fact that you refer to the fact that he's an expert at camouflage. I've said this for many, many years that the church has almost come to a silent deal with the devil — you don't disturb us and we won't disturb you. And he's sitting amongst us, camouflaged in the church pew. The church has lost its power, has lost its authority, and he's quite happy to sit there wreaking havoc around people with sickness, with relationship issues, all these things that he works against us in. And it's time for us to identify him and call him out and cast him out. Because that's the only way. You don't argue with the devil. You don't try to negotiate with the devil. There's only one thing you do to the devil and that is cast him out in the name of Jesus.
Katie Souza:Yeah. And that's what Paul did when he had the woman with the spirit of divination following him around. It says that he was vexed for many days as she said, these men are here to lead you to the most high God. And he was vexed for many days before he actually cast out that spirit. He cast it out. Now what was that spirit? That word divination — she was a woman that had a spirit of divination — it has a one-word meaning in the Greek: python. It means python. It wasn't the woman that was speaking to Paul. It was a demonic snake, a python. And people will go, what are you talking about? The snake has been speaking since the garden and it speaks to us, and its voice sounds a lot like God. These men are here to show you the way of the most high God — that sounds a lot like God.
Python Spirit and the Prophetic Realm
Katie Souza:This snake was a divination snake. It could foretell the future. It has invaded the prophetic realm. That's why we see so many prophets getting it wrong, because they have part Holy Ghost, part serpent on them. We need to cast out these snakes. The Bible said that she won for her masters much gain. That snake was in charge of making money — illegal money. So what do you think it's gonna do to Christians? It's gonna do what a python does — wrap itself around your prosperity and squeeze out your gains.
Philip:Yes.
Katie Souza:You know, we have a video. I wanna toss it to this video really quick, Philip, of a woman that got healed when I cast out a serpent from her. And actually a metal bolt ended up disappearing from her body. Can we roll that clip now?
What's your name? Carolyn Fitzgerald. What did you have, baby? I had a metal plate in my neck. And what happened? Where'd you get it from? I had a car accident in 2004. Come a little bit over here. How much pain did it give you, one to 10? I've been — I have chronic pain, chronic head — chronic pain. So 10-level pain, is that what you're saying? Yeah. For how long? Since 2004. 2004. That's a long time. That's 20 years. What happened last night? The Lord crushed that metal plate. Could you feel the metal plate with your hand? Oh yeah. You could feel it when you touched it. Reach back there right now. Can you feel it anymore? No. Is it gone? Gone. Can we give God a praise?
Metal Plate Healing Testimony on Film
Philip:Oh, I love it. I love it. I love it. Let me tell you something — the manifestation of God's miracle power can do more to silence the critics and more to shut the devil up than anything else. And you said something — we were just chatting before the program started — how you never minister without a manifestation of the miraculous power of God. Tell me why.
Katie Souza:The miracle mantle that we walk in right now started in prison. And God gave me the ability to work miracles for inmates who were sick. And I saw how that impacted their faith, their life, their quality of life, everything about them. And I just felt like God gave me the grace and a mandate to say, I will never go into a meeting without going after miracles, without going after deliverance. And that was, you know, 15-plus years ago. And we've kept that conviction. And that kind of miracle right there — and this is not a boast, I'm just sharing — is that that's normal for us. Everywhere we go, we see metal disappearing. We see rods disappearing, screws, bolts. We see tumors that are rock hard shrink after serpents who cause breast cancer and other cancers — colon cancers, prostate cancers.
Miracle Mandate Born in Prison Ministry
Philip:A woman with breast cancer — it dissolved. Tell us about that.
Katie Souza:Yeah, she had a rock-hard, fist-size cancer in her breast. I got on the phone with her — I didn't even pray in person. I got on the phone with her and within 20 to 30 minutes it shrank 40%, then 50, then 60. And then even after the phone call, it was still shrinking and new breast tissue was forming. And she said — I commanded the serpent venom, which is the cancer, to drain out of her breast. And she said for five days afterwards, a runny yellow liquid that looked like snake venom literally drained out of her breast. My goodness. I have so much scripture — I wish I had five hours to teach.
Philip:But you gotta come back. Will you come back and be with us? That's what I wanted to know.
Katie Souza:I love how you — amen. Yes, absolutely. Absolutely. Partnering to get people healed.
Philip:Tell us about your book, because I really feel this is important for someone that is watching this program to get this brand new book you've just written. It's coming out in September. Tell us about the new book.
Katie Souza:Yeah. So people don't realize, when you harmonize scripture, how much information is contained in the Bible about how to get rid of these demonic snakes — what they're doing, what diseases they cause. And I pull all the scriptures out there to show you that there's the deaf adder, the stopped-up ear, that's causing ear problems. That there are the scales of the snake — that's what was on Paul's eyes, because he was taught his doctrine by the Pharisees. And both John the Baptist and Jesus called the Pharisees a brood of vipers. That cancer is caused by these serpents, and I've got plenty of scripture to prove that. That trauma — when we go through extreme and incredibly stressful trauma — it can allow an opening to happen in our lives for these demonic serpents to come in and afflict us.
Katie Souza:And they partner with crippling spirits to be on people's spines, necks, knees, backs, hips, shoulders — causing arthritis, causing gout, causing crippling diseases, causing degeneration in the bones and the joints and the spines. Literally, I've seen — I have videos of this. This is not me exaggerating. Any miracle I talk about, I have it on film. I've got thousands and thousands of hours of miracles. I've seen many, many times where I judge a demonic serpent and pull it off someone's spine. Someone has a crooked spine — I'll have people around them feel their spine before I pray, I'll pull that snake off their spine, and you can literally see their spine snap into place. And then I have everybody feel their spine after the prayer, and they're like, straight as an arrow. This is real, Philip. It's real.
Philip:Wonderful. Well, I just feel today, as you're talking — I've never, as you said, when you start connecting all these scriptures, you start thinking, oh my goodness, it's right in front of our noses and we haven't connected it. And as you're talking just now, I'm learning something today, and I just thank God for you. We've got two minutes left. Could you say a prayer right now over all of us? I'm battling a thing with my voice and I need deliverance from that. Pray for us right now. Would you do that?
Katie Souza:Well, I thank you, Father, that when Jesus told us we have authority to trample on serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy so that nothing shall in any way harm us — that word authority there is exousia, and it means the power of judicial decisions. So even if I can't lay hands on people right now, I can release by decree a judicial decision against every demonic serpent that's afflicting people right now. Jesus, I decree that if there's any opening in your soul through trauma, through sin, through anything you have in common with witchcraft, serpents, or anything else, that the Holy Spirit's gonna target it right now, fill you, and cause that area to be completely healed, so the serpent has nothing in you that's in common with it.
Prayer of Deliverance Over Viewers
Katie Souza:I judge that serpent. I put holy fire on you to drive it out of hiding so you can see it, in the name of Jesus. And I do as Jesus instructed us — I take up that serpent right now and remove it from any place it's attached to you and your life, your body, your finances, your children, your marriage, your household, and any other place, in the name of Jesus. Amen.
