Philip:Hey, my friend. Welcome to Daily Faith. My name is Philip Cameron, and I am so delighted to have you with us today. We've got a guest that's gonna move your spirit. Philip:You've been watching this over the last few months. Just about a year ago, my wife was in Moldova. We just opened another house called — I'm sorry — Dan Betz her house. We named it after a dear friend of mine, and my wife and my daughter were over there setting up the house. We sent a container of funding from America and it was great. So Chrissy called me. She says, I feel I need to go to Ukraine. I just — you know, Biden said that Putin's gonna invade. She says, I just feel that I need to go. So they drove up, brought Christmas presents, had a great day with the kids up in Odessa. We have a house — we had a house there for six years — and she left, and the next morning Russia invaded Ukraine.
Philip:And we have been in a battle zone ever since. All the kids that were in that house are now in Moldova. We've moved them to Batra Village. But at the moment, what's happening is there's a shake going on in Moldova, hoping to get the Ukrainians back to Ukraine. And the owner of the house is selling it, and if we can't buy this house then there's nowhere for these girls to go. This household has 24 girls and we're believing God for a miracle. And my team was there last week and gave out food and gave out blankets and stoves, and they sent me a video. Every video you've ever watched coming on Daily Faith — our kids in Moldova make them. A year ago, their world was a happy place. They had jobs, their kids were in school. The corner shop sold bread and cheese and everything else. Their world was just like yours, until through the mist and snow, monsters came. The tracks rattled on the ice-packed fields. The guns pointed towards the world they lived in. It took less than a second to obliterate everything that they had spent their lives building. There are no accurate numbers as to how many have died. The end is nowhere in sight. We have been in Ukraine for years. From the first explosion we were involved. We took this assault personally. We could not stand on the sidelines and do nothing.
Our amazing group of young men and women did the unimaginable. Once again they drove into a war zone. Once orphans themselves, they have felt personally the hand of grace and redemption. To go to this devastated world seems to them as normal as having a meal or going to church. They drove for hours, unable to stop and stretch their legs, as inches on each side of the vehicles were live mines. Every few miles they were stopped at checkpoints by nervous soldiers. They were running along the line between the Russians and Ukrainians. Our team finally reached Kherson, a recently liberated city still held in the grip of desperation. They had brought food, wood-burning stoves that will save lives in the bitter deadly cold that is to come. They brought blankets that to many is the only barrier between survival and death.
On a dreary day, within the sound of guns and bombs, the most astonishing thing took place. The rescued became the rescuers. Hundreds waited in the rain, shuffling along in a line that ended up in love — a smile, bread, fish, and words of care from the heart of the redeemed. As they traveled they came across bombed-out villages, scarred by the strife of bullets, destroyed by the landslides of death. Their water, electricity, and everything else was gone. But the wooden stove had become the guardian against the deadly cold. We know it is impossible for most to even imagine this world. But by giving and praying together for this unfolding tragedy, we can join our hearts and hands to bring the hope that was sent to Earth by a loving God. If it were us, we would wait in line hoping that someone somewhere was thinking of us. We must go back. Will you send us? Every gift you give allows us to be his hands.
Philip:This time last year we were getting school books together and pencils. Life was very ordinary. And then my wife escaped, literally right in front of the tanks in Ukraine. And everything — all hell broke loose, literally. 490,000 refugees came to Moldova alone, the poorest country in Europe. Our kids have always been out helping. They cook for widows. They go to broken families. They bring food and clothes and toys, and I mean they did that. We've learned that by giving you break the orphan spirit. So they kept on doing what they've always done, but instead they went up to the border and stood in blizzards and stood there and fed these refugees and loved them and wept with them. The men had to stay behind to fight, and all these women with their kids standing in no man's land had no idea, didn't speak the language, didn't have the money. And it's taken a whole year of every muscle we can strain to keep doing what we've done.
Philip:We've given out thousands of blankets, thousands of Bibles. These stoves that we can give to a widow or a woman with no electricity in her house — we give her a stove and the wood and say that'll keep you alive, and there's plenty of bombed-out buildings you can go to and she can scrounge around for wood. We just need you to help us. There are two things I need you to pray about. Number one is a monthly gift to help us keep those wheels of hope driving up from Moldova into Odessa and Ukraine with food. That is the daily bread. That's the blood and the life, the veins of the ministry. We're also trying to find $70,000 to pay off this mission house in Odessa that will allow us to keep the girls — I mean, we've been there for six years — and expand it. It can house 24 girls. If the Russians win, the house will be desperately needed. If Ukraine wins, the house will be desperately needed. That doesn't change.
Philip:And your gift, whatever it is, whatever you can give — the Lord challenged me to give $2,000. He said, would you risk — I was complaining, I'm saying, Lord, how can I ask folk to give to help buy a house in a war zone? He said, would you risk $2,000 of your money to save 24 lives? I said, yeah, I would. He says, well, if you can risk $2,000 to save 24 lives, find another hundred folks to do the same thing and you'll have the money to buy the house. And we have been so blessed. We're 35 people short of giving $2,000. We can buy this house so when our kids are going to leave Moldova, they have a place of safety to go. So please let the Lord talk to you and give right now. I don't know the reference, it slipped my mind — your words confirm the feeble knees, and there's a translation of that that says your words keep men on their feet. And when I was wounded and I was broken, God used Neil Kennedy's words to keep me on my feet, and I honor him for that. Neil, I am delighted to have you with us today, and the program is yours. I know that God's got a tremendous vision. Tell us the vision God has put in your spirit regarding the American man, or the man in general, because I know you're reaching around the world now with Five Star Man. Tell us what God is showing you to do.
God's 13-Year Call to Reach Men
Neil Kennedy:Well, Philip, I am just so delighted to be here. You're a hero of mine. I'm so thankful for what you're doing, and your team is doing. And like you said, you were already there. It's so interesting to me how God orders and ordains our steps. That's not random. He establishes our steps, and he established your steps. You were there, you were already established when all of this happened. You know, there's people who do rapid response, but it's almost like it's a delayed response to something. I find it interesting when God gives us a forewarning and we prepare, and that's what God did with you. God prepared you and prepared your team.
Neil Kennedy:I think of Noah, when he found favor in the eyes of God. What did God do? God gave him foresight. And because of that he was able to build and he was able to structure something that would save his family. And you're all about the household of faith and saving family. I'm about that with men. And what God did with you was no less than what he did with Noah, in that he gave you a forewarning, and you were able to establish a beachhead, a rescue operation, even before the war. And I just congratulate you. Thank you for being observant to the spirit and attentive to the voice of the spirit to respond to this tragedy that's happening all over the world.
Neil Kennedy:You know, the rulers of this world and their wisdom is foolishness. They're making plans and their schemes and they're plotting and they're conniving and they're practicing all kinds of voodoo to get their way. But Proverbs 19:21 says men make plans, but it's God's purpose that will prevail. And I just thank God for you and what you're doing, and your team and Orphan's Hands. Thank you. I just wanted to say that, Philip.
Philip:Thank you for what you say. Tell me what God's showing you. Give us — I know that people watching today need a word, looking for a rain, like I was, from your spirit.
Neil Kennedy:Well, I appreciate that. I'm amazed at what God's doing, actually. You know, about 13 years ago God redirected my life and redirected the course of my life to begin to develop a strategy and a message to reach men. And so for 13 years we've been doing that, getting everything ready. And the Holy Spirit very clearly spoke to me about preparing the message so that it can be delivered on tablets. You know, Habakkuk 2:2 says write the message, write it plainly on tablets. It's so funny — I was reading my tablet and I heard the spirit say that. And he said, write the message plainly on tablets so that the carrier can carry the correct message to others. And so I realized that what I have to do is I can reach every man, really, in the world. I can deliver the message to the tablet.
Habakkuk 2:2 and Writing on Tablets
Neil Kennedy:So we've been working hard to develop a step-by-step strategy to disciple men. We call it a step-by-step strategy for biblical manhood. And so that's actually launching — different from a normal website, we're tearing down our old website — we're launching this February 1st, and it's a path to biblical manhood. It'll take a man from not knowing anything about Christ through salvation, water baptism, Spirit empowerment, and then we'll talk about his five purposes, the categories of purpose that he has in life, returning to the original intent that God made man. Well, what we've got to do in this time is we've got to give men, as you said, the footing so that he can stand against an anti-man culture.
Anti-Man Culture and Identity Theft
Neil Kennedy:Well, that is it, Philip. We're dealing with an anti-man culture. Everything about this culture is trying to rob the identity of men. And literally trying to merge them into something that doesn't represent the image of God.
Philip:My goodness. This is where I feel like the Holy Spirit's supposed to take me. I know that we were originally going to talk about your latest book, but I feel like the Holy Spirit's telling me to do this, if that's okay.
Neil Kennedy:Yes, so do whatever you want. History repeats itself. You know, if you want to know the future, all you have to do is look at the past. And when you look at the days of Noah that I just mentioned — Jesus said it will be like the days of Noah when the Son of Man appears. What's interesting in the days of Noah was this: every man's heart was inclined to violence. We have never seen the violence — not just what is happening in Ukraine, but what's happening in the streets of our world, what's happening in our major cities. The violence. Who would have thought that the forces of law would withdraw their hand? So there's no punishment for wicked violence. But that's the day we're living in. There's no penalty, there's no punishment for absolute horrid violence on our streets.
Days of Noah and Modern Violence
Neil Kennedy:People can go into stores and pick up anything that they want and walk out without a threat. And the streets of some of our major cities — I weep over California when I go there, because it looks literally like the apocalypse and the zombies are on the streets. And I'm telling you, this is the days of Noah. What happened in the days of Noah — and I know there's a lot of controversial teaching here, and we won't get into all of the ins and outs and the theology of this — but the reality is the Bible says that the sons of Elohim intermingled with the daughters of men and they bore a crossbreed that was not the breed of humans that God had created. God created Adam and Eve and he said you're going to bear my image on the Earth.
Genesis 6 Seed War and Contamination
Neil Kennedy:So in Genesis chapter 6, all of a sudden there's a contamination. And that's why there's just a war of seed that's constantly going on in the Old Testament, and you see it constantly. There's a war of seed, and there's a geographical theology, and all of this is going on. Well, what's happening right now is this ideology, this push to strip men and women of identity. The goal is transhumanism. Transhumanism is the idea that you can re-engineer the DNA and the genetic code of humans. And they're wanting to do it with science today. They're wanting to be able to implant, inject devices — this is not made up. Google has literally a patent on injected devices. So all of this is happening. I know I'm getting into some dangerous territory here, but this is important.
Neil Kennedy:What is happening, Philip, with this anti-man culture is simply to go against the very first words of God. What were they? The very first words that God spoke over mankind: I want you to be fruitful. I want you to multiply. I want you to fill the Earth. He blessed man and he says I want more just like I made you. And I've given you the reproductive ability to reproduce after your kind so that you are representing me all over the Earth. And this constant anti-man culture — what does it want to destroy? The children, the offspring, the seed of those who love God. He wants to destroy any representation, any image-bearing person of God on the Earth.
Transhumanism as the True End Goal
Neil Kennedy:And so now, because you know you can commit infanticide now, you can commit — the nature now — they're calling for cleansing of those who don't think the way that they think. I was watching the other day when they're taking kids and medicating them to change their gender, to take away the boyhood or the girlhood. They want to confuse this thing so bad, Neil, that no one can speak anymore, because a man — a woman can represent — I mean, it is insanity on its face.
Neil Kennedy:But here's the thing, Philip. That argument is a seed argument. That's not the end goal. That's where a lot of people are sometimes distracted. They get the idea that that's the end goal. That's simply a seed argument for the goal. And the seed argument regarding misidentity, misgendering — that's a seed argument. The goal is transhumanism. The goal is to re-engineer mankind. They want to take out the spark of the living God within us, the breath that God breathed over mankind. In doing so, they're putting their mark upon mankind.
Thousands of Men Coming to Christ
Philip:I know, I know. This went a very different direction. But this is God. This is God. I feel the Holy Spirit on that. I feel the Holy Ghost on this telling you.
Neil Kennedy:When God first gave me the assignment to speak to men, I thought it was going to be a typical men's ministry and we would have a nice little program. And you know what, God took this in a very different direction. We're literally seeing thousands and tens of thousands of men come to Christ, get baptized in the spirit, changing their lives, because of the desperation in men's lives right now.
