In Moldova, when poverty and alcohol abuse breaks up the homes, most children are sent to live in an orphanage. When they turn sixteen, they are forced out on the streets, alone and desperate. Their hearts are full of fear of what the next sunset will bring. The Orphans Hands is the heartbeat of our ministry. We have a village of homes in Moldova and a house in Ukraine that take in unwanted, orphaned children, saving them from the risks of human trafficking. We provide a safe place for these children to call home, where hope is restored. They begin to discover who they are created to be by seeing through God’s lenses of love and grace. Turning into sons and daughters, now missionaries for Jesus. We are sharing a glimmer of hope with a hopeless nation through our convoys of love that provide food, Bibles, and blankets to the Ukrainian refugees. Our kids have understood that we are all individual pieces of a puzzle that fit tightly together in God’s Kingdom.
